As the founder and CEO of Gray Leaf Consulting, it's my goal is to serve the community with pride and professionalism. I value providing superior levels of service delivery, including application and SharePoint development, to small and large businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. I'm an agile coach and advocate of an agile mindset in order to build trust along all levels of the enterprise. I believe that the agile mindset is essential to help teams identify and break free from impediments and deliver world-class business solutions and software. Above all, I'm a student of people and I try to listen carefully to learn from those around me.
